A green urban oasis
Children and Young People
We offer a variety of fun outdoor activities for children and young people – including a youth club, free holiday activities, school and group visits, Forest School sessions and alternative education placements.
Depending on the projects, we accept young people through a simple application or sometimes a referral process.
We aim to support young people to make connections with nature and animals, learn new skills, develop their confidence and make social connections. We do this through designing hands-on activities with our animals at the farm and at our small nature reserve site round the corner at Boiling Wells.

School and Group Visits and Forest School
We welcome schools and groups for one off visits to the farm and for longer term Forest School sessions. We plan exciting and hands-on activities to support young people to connect with nature and each other at the same time as learning new knowledge and skills.

Holiday and Weekend Activities
We offer a range of activities to engage young people during the holidays and on weekends. These are free to those who attend. We accept referrals from professionals and parents. These sessions are designed to support young people who are having a difficult time at home, school or issues with their mental health – as well as young people who may face barriers to spending time outside.
