Consultancy Opportunity- Capital Fundraising Feasibility Study at SWCF

Located in the heart of Bristol, St Werburghs City Farm has been a vital part of the local community for 45 years, helping to strengthen connections between land, animals and people.

The Farm is planning a major redevelopment of some of its key spaces, including our Community Building, office, cafe and playground. We have been collaborating with a local architecture firm to develop a Masterplan and have engaged our communities on the options we are considering.

We have narrowed down our options to give us a good sense of the high level of layout of our future spaces and to help us understand the opportunities, constraints and impacts of different approaches.

We’re looking for someone with significant capital fundraising experience in the UK charitable sector to carry out a feasibility study and guide our capital fundraising campaign. The study will be used to help us to prioritise our fundraising targets and to underpin the case for support.

Resource: The maximum budget for this work is £5000 and all deliverables need to be completed by end of March 2026.

The closing date for proposals to be submitted is 10am on Monday 19th January 2026.
